If there is one thing Charm Gleeson knows first hand, it is how to build a strong and successful marriage. Four years into marriage, Charm and her husband faced the reality that their marriage was not working out to be the dream that they had anticipated it would be. They realised that they could call it quits or they could work at making it the marriage they wanted. Using principles from the Bible, they not only built a happy marriage themselves but have helped countless couples in similar situations restore their marriages. 

Charm Gleeson is a certified Christian Life Coach with Professional Christian Counselling and Coaching Academy. She is also a trained school teacher with many years of experience in the classroom, a pastor’s wife for 20 years and a credentialed pastor herself.

She and her husband, Chris are co-founders of Bless Marriage Enhancement and they regularly conduct marriage seminars in churches both in Australia and the USA. Their CD series, “Marriage Makeover” has helped many married couples rediscover their love for one another and put their marriages onto a firm foundation.

Charm has been married to Chris for 32 years. They have four children (three of whom are married) and five gorgeous grandchildren. She is passionate about helping couples develop happy, healthy marriages through marriage coaching.

In 20 years of pastoring a church, Chris Gleeson quickly found out that although many couples look very happy in public, in private many marriages were far from happy.  Drawing on principles from the Bible that he and Charm used in their own marriage, he has seen many couples turn their relationships around.  Eventually, he and Charm founded Bless Marriage Enrichment - a full day seminar presentation they conduct in churches in both Australia and the United States.  Drawing on experience they gleaned from pastoring a church and school teaching, they have written the program themselves.
